At Lockwoods Ski & Outdoor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, technical climbing equipment and personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Place your unwanted items back into their original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags and labels remain intact.

  Complete the Form

  Fill out the return form included in your original shipment, specifying the reason for return and whether you require an exchange or refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Securely seal your parcel and attach the return shipping label provided, or address it to our dedicated returns warehouse in accordance with our shipping guidelines.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
